Getting Started
Click the "Sign Up" button in the header, enter your email and password, and choose your role (Designer or Manufacturer). Designers can immediately browse and download products. Manufacturers will need to complete their company profile before uploading products.
Designers can browse, search, preview, and download BIM products. Manufacturers can upload and manage products, track download analytics, and update their company profile. Both roles are free to join.
Use the search bar at the top of any page, or visit the Explore page to browse all products. You can filter by category, manufacturer, or file format. Search results show preview images, download counts, and approval status.
Downloads
Browse to the product detail page, preview the images and documentation, then click the "Download" button. The download link is valid for 30 minutes and requires you to be logged in. BIM files are downloaded directly through your browser.
Signed URLs provide secure, time-limited access to BIM files. This prevents unauthorized sharing of files and ensures only logged-in users with valid sessions can download content.
BIM Marketplace supports .RFA (Revit), .IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), .DWG (AutoCAD), .SKP (SketchUp), and .PDF documentation files. Check the product page to see exactly which files are available for download.
For Manufacturers
Log in and go to "My Products" in your dashboard. Click "Add New Product" and fill in the details: name, description, category, and upload preview images and BIM files. Once submitted, our team will review it for approval.
Product review typically takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your product is approved, rejected, or needs revision. Check your dashboard for current status.
Go to "My Products" in your dashboard, find the product you want to edit, and click "Edit". You can update descriptions, images, and other details. To add new BIM file versions, use the "Upload New Version" option.
Account & Technical
Click "Sign In" in the header, then click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Make sure you're logged in. Downloads are only available to registered users. If you're logged in and still having issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Contact support if the problem persists.
